How do I know which size to order?
All our products mention the size chart directly on the product page — M (38"), L (40"), XL (42"), and XXL (44") refer to the chest/bust measurement in inches. Most of our plazzo and salwaar bottoms are free size and fit comfortably up to 42". If you are between sizes or unsure, just DM or WhatsApp us before ordering — we'll help you pick the right fit based on your measurements.
Can I see the product before buying?
Absolutely. Every single product on our store has its own real video showing the actual piece — fabric drape, embroidery detail, mirror work, and true colour. Watch the product video before ordering so you know exactly what you are getting. What you see is what you receive, always.
What if I receive a wrong product or wrong size?
If we make an error on our end — wrong product sent or wrong size dispatched — we take full responsibility. We will arrange a free return pickup and process a complete refund including shipping charges, no questions asked. Just share an unboxing video or photos with us within 3 days of delivery and we will sort it out immediately.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We process all orders within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery takes 3–4 business days depending on your location across India. You will receive a tracking number on WhatsApp as soon as your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way. Surat customers can also choose free self-pickup on Saturdays and Sundays.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. We also require an unboxing video or photos at the time of raising the return request. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility. Refunds cover the product amount only — original shipping charges are non-refundable. For our error (wrong product or size), full refund including shipping is processed within 5–7 business days.
