Refund policy

At Mehruv, we take pride in the quality of every product we ship. If something isn't right, returns are free: we arrange the pickup from your doorstep at no cost to you.

Return Window
You can request a return within 3 days of delivery. Requests raised after 3 days from the confirmed delivery date cannot be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

  1. The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  2. All original tags must be intact and attached
  3. The item must be in its original packaging
  4. A clear unboxing video or photographs of the received item must be shared when raising the return request (mandatory)

Non-Returnable Items

  1. Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way
  2. Items returned without original tags or packaging
  3. Items purchased during a sale or at a discounted price
  4. Return requests raised after 3 days of delivery

Free Return Pickup

  1. Once your return is approved, we will book a free reverse pickup with our courier partner (Delhivery) from your delivery address.
  2. Pickup is usually done within 1–3 business days. Please keep the item packed with all tags attached.
  3. The courier agent may check the item (tags, condition, product) at pickup. If it does not meet the return conditions, the pickup may be cancelled.
  4. If reverse pickup is not available at your pincode, please send the item through India Post or any courier, and we will reimburse the courier charges with your refund (please share the receipt).

Refunds

  1. Once the item reaches us and passes our quality check, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
  2. For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund is sent to your UPI ID or bank account. Please share these details when raising the return.
  3. For online payment orders, the refund goes to the original payment method.
  4. You receive the full product amount. No shipping or return charges are deducted.

Wrong or Damaged Product
If you received a wrong product, wrong size, or a damaged item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the unboxing video. We will arrange a free pickup and offer a replacement or full refund.

Include your order number, unboxing video or photos, reason for return, and your UPI ID or bank details. We respond within 24 hours on business days.
