At Mehruv, we take pride in the quality of every product we ship. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Return Window
We accept return requests within 3 days of delivery. Requests raised after 3 days of the confirmed delivery date will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags must be intact and attached
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • A clear unboxing video or photographs of the received item must be provided at the time of raising the return request — this is mandatory

Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging
  • Items purchased during a sale or at a discounted price
  • Return requests raised after 3 days of delivery

Return Shipping Cost

For card/online payment orders:
The return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. You will need to arrange and pay for the return courier yourself. We recommend using a tracked courier service. The shipping amount paid at the time of original order is non-refundable.

For COD orders:
The return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked courier service.

For errors on our part (wrong product or wrong size dispatched):
We will arrange a free return pickup and process a full refund including shipping charges within 5–7 business days. No questions asked.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • For COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer — please provide your bank details when raising the return request
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • The ₹150 COD booking amount is included in the refund for eligible returns
