1. About Mehruv
Mehruv is an online ethnic wear brand based in Surat, Gujarat, India. We operate exclusively online and do not have a physical retail store.

2. Orders and Payment

  • By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete
  • We accept online payments via UPI, debit/credit card, and net banking
  • For COD orders, a booking amount of ₹150 is required at checkout. The remaining balance is paid to the delivery partner upon receipt
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. A full refund will be issued in such cases
  • Order confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp or email after payment is received

3. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes
  • Shipping charges are applied at checkout as per our Shipping Policy
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Orders already confirmed will be honored at the price paid at the time of order

4. Product Descriptions

  • We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to screen differences, photography lighting, and individual device settings
  • Minor variations in embroidery placement or fabric texture may occur as many of our pieces involve handcraft work
  • Every product on our store includes a real video of the actual piece to help you make an informed decision before purchasing

7. Intellectual Property

  • Mehruv is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website
  • Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or events beyond our control

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
