Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, delivery takes 3–4 business days across India, depending on your location. Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or factors beyond our control.

COD Orders — Advance Payment Process
For all Cash on Delivery orders, one of our team members will contact you via WhatsApp or email after your order is placed to collect an advance payment of ₹150 before dispatch. This advance is adjusted against your total order value and is not an additional charge. Orders where the advance is not confirmed within 24 hours may be cancelled automatically.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp so you can monitor your delivery at every step.
Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails due to the customer being unavailable or not responding to the courier's call, a re-attempt will be made. If delivery fails after two attempts, the order will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply for a second delivery attempt.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged due to transit, please share an unboxing video and photographs with us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or Instagram DM. We will resolve it promptly.
