Free Shipping on All Orders
We offer FREE delivery on every order across India, with no minimum order value and for every payment method.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Time
Once dispatched, delivery takes 3–4 business days across India, depending on your location. Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or factors beyond our control.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available on all orders, with no advance payment. After you place your order, you'll receive a WhatsApp message from our team to confirm it. Just reply to confirm, and we'll dispatch your order. You pay the full amount when the parcel arrives.
Orders that aren't confirmed within 24 hours may be cancelled, so please keep an eye on your WhatsApp.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp so you can follow your delivery at every step.

Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails because you are unavailable or not answering the courier's call, a second attempt will be made. If delivery fails after two attempts, the order will be returned to us and cancelled.

Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please share an unboxing video and photographs within 24 hours of delivery on WhatsApp (+91 8155997754) or email (mehruv2026@gmail.com). We will arrange a free pickup and a replacement or refund.
